Rasoul Rezai leads Corus International’s internal audit and enterprise risk management center of excellence; providing objective risk-based internal audit engagement of Corus International Headquarters and Country Offices, audit quality and learning, evaluating corporate and project risk management processes, overseeing the organization’s whistleblower hotline, catalyzing emerging technology adoption and agile continuous improvement.
Rasoul has more than 20 years of experience in International development and joined Corus International subsidiary IMA World Health in December 2015 working in various capacities including as a senior advisor for enterprise risk management. He previously held several positions during nearly 13 years with Catholic Relief Services, including postings in Gambia, Senegal, Nigeria and Afghanistan.
He earned a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Azad University Iran, and holds professional certifications in accounting, federal contract management, internal auditing, fraud investigation and enterprise risk management. Rasoul has been elected and serves as vice president of training for the Institute of Internal Auditors, Northern Virginia Chapter.
